SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery locations:

At this current time Nana Robin Designs are only delivering within Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.

We offer free delivery within Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland on all individual orders €100 or above.

 

Shipping provider:

Our preferred provider for shipping is An Post. The current flat rate is €5.99* for packages up to 10kg. If the package is weighed heavier than 10kg your order may be sent in separate packages and you will be notified if extra shipping costs apply**. 

*Please note we have the right to amend the shipping rate as An Post adjusts their rates as accordingly.

**Please note we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Ready made items: 

Your package will be tracked and can take up to 3-5 business days. You will receive tracking notifications once your package has been processed.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure the goods can be received within these timescales. 

Always check for any damage to packaging upon delivery of your order.

If you receive faulty or damaged goods, please contact us within 3 business days and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as promptly as possible.

Bespoke items made to order:

You will be notified in writing of the estimated time frame for your bespoke order to be made. Once it is ready for delivery the shipping process outlined above will apply.
